Policies and Procedures
We pride ourselves on our record of timely service to our guests. To ensure your treatments start and end on time, we have established the following policies:

Cancellations: Please call to cancel or reschedule four hours prior to a scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
No-shows will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.
