Policies and Procedures
We pride ourselves on our record of timely service to our guests. To ensure your treatments start and end on time, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes for services are accepted up to 2 business hours prior to your appointment. After that time we regret that we will be required to charge you 50% of the service price. "No Shows" for appointments will be charged 100%.

Additional: Tax and gratuity are not included in the price of the service. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time. Late arrivals will not receive any extension of scheduled treatment time.
It is recommended that you refrain from alcohol at least 8 hours prior to a spa treatment.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Services, products and prices are subject to change.
All prices are subject to G.E. Tax.
